1. Agreement

By accessing or using the OptiGen Media website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

OptiGen Media provides lead generation and appointment-booking services to HVAC businesses on a pay-per-lead basis. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes.

3. Payment

Fees are charged per qualified lead as defined in your engagement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to respond to leads promptly, maintain accurate business information, and comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act when contacting prospects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials produced by OptiGen Media remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiGen Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. There are no long-term contracts or retainers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
